Translation and Appearence Problem

The artifact from S4 "Pact with Devil" has an inconsistent and quite confusing wording. Also there is a random "No. ..." in the description.

I guess it was meant to be "second time"

Thought that would mean it only works once per battle, so maybe not

I rather guess it means 2 times per battle

But the numbers go down in artifact shop so... I don't really get it xD
