I assume it’s because it‘s a regular artifact now, not a reward. So a different "item ID". 🤷‍♀️

Regarding the issue where Mythic Artifact Option – Pillar of Trial cannot be used and shows a maintenance notice, after confirmation, this chest will be available in the next season. Please wait until the new season begins in April and check again then.

Why wasn’t our own Artifacts available to load into S4 if they were available to buy in the shop?

I wasted inspirations re-buying the Chest of Radiance and the Bottle of luminescence having forgotten they were still waiting to be retrieved from the Reborn chest 😢

Those who already had them before relaunch got compensation entering Reborn S1 already. These were the soul imprints we only could use for artifacts and skins. 🙂

It makes no sense why we can take the stored Artifacts in our chests in S5 when the same Artifact can be bought in the store in S4?

That’s what’s disappointing, is that the Chest of Radiance is a “much needed” Artifact, in wide use within S4 and you can buy it again in the Store, but not claim it from your “Holdover Chest” until S5

I am awaiting a response from the team on that particular point via the private messages I have been exchanging.

The Artifact Selection Chest is still unavailable for use (showing "service under maintenance"). Please be informed that it will be opened in the next season, and will be usable normally at that time.

We have the same problem with Epic and Rare heroes chests (the old before Reborn)
