#Game stopped working

I played earlier today without any problems. Now when I try to launch I get an error message...I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice now with the same result.

this was for the PC launcher...i tried to copy the error message but it disappeared. It had something to do with Smart App unable to verify the publisher

i just tried it through the steam client and got the same error message...
