After i put the propechy code the event disappear, i try to make the pulls but no leggendary hero appeard.
I make a screen of the summon page after i put the code
The timers on the event when I put the code was still running so i think its a glitch

Prophecy Summons rewards are only available to characters created within the past 30 days, and the summons must be completed within the event validity period after importing the prophecy code.

After verification, your character was created on 2025-12-07, and the event period has already ended. The situation is consistent with the event rules and no abnormalities were found.

But when i use the code the event was still running

As i said i confirm in game the code and the event disappear

I mean when i use the code and confirm it the event was still running, pls check it

Ande as you say i create the character the 7th dec, so today its the 31, yesterday where i use the codec was the last day aviable, so its a glitch as i said

Yesterday 5.01.2025 was the last day i could put in the prophecy code. Ingame it showed that i had 5 hours left to do it.

I put the code and confirmed it, immediately after I confirm it the event disappear but i still had 5h

Thank you for your reply. After entering the prophecy code to import the hero sequence, the next 100summons will grant heroes corresponding to the Prophecy Code in order, until all event heroes are obtained, 30 days pass since character creation, or the event ends.
According to our records, your account was created on 2025-12-07 01:57 UTC+0. Based on the 30-day account creation limit, the event ended on 2026-01-05 01:57 UTC+0.

So now say me why at the 1:57 if the reset is at 5 am and the event was still running, as i said when I put the code I still had time to pull on the event

Traveler, please note that Prophecy Summons can only be claimed within 30 days of creating a new character. After importing the prophecy code and locking in the result, the summon must be completed within the event’s valid period. This process is not directly related to the event reset time.

But im saying u that when I locked the propechy code the event disappear before the end of the event, as u said the event finished at the 1:57 whale if should finish at 5 am

At the 1:57 is the exact time when I put the propechy code, ad i said when I put the code the event disappear

I Made a ticket in game too at the exact time

Traveler, let me further clarify this for you — Prophecy Summons rewards can only be claimed within 30 days of creating a character, and the event entry is also available for 30 days.

For example, if your character was created on 2025-12-07 01:57 UTC+0, then regardless of whether you imported a Prophecy Code or not, the event entry will automatically close on 2026-01-05 01:57 UTC+0.
