Cant inherit past account

So, i used to play back in the year 2023. thats close to when i finally stopped as i looked up the logs in discord for my latest messages and if you search for posts by me in the discord the last posts were back from there. But i got back into the game on steam now using my google account to link it and im not able to inherit my old account file for my old heroes and artifacts. I have a screenshot i took back then of an issue i had to show my past id and i have a screenshot of my new id as well

You have to be on the same Email/linked method you did when you played in 2023 is the main point here!

just wanna clarify i am on the same linked method. i tried both google and facebook which i should have linked my account to in the past

i am though. i linked my old account on the old launcher to both my fb and google account and im currently using my google account to sign in. I also tried logging into my facebook account too and neither one let me inherit my old account from the old launcher. and there are only 3 ways to sign in. the only other option is the android log in but i dont even have an account there so it had to be either google or facebook. but neither are working for me

i should also note in the 2nd screenshot the account valuation doesnt actually do anything for me. Has 0 options to select anything for me for either google or facebook
