Missing Blade Colosseum Season 2 Rewards (10th Place)

I just noticed that I did not receive my rewards from Blade Colosseum Season 2.

I placed 10th in Season 2, and according to the rewards, I should have received 40 Dice. However, I never received these rewards in my in-game mail or inventory.

I only noticed this issue recently. I had completely forgotten about the Season 2 rewards and continued playing normally. When I later needed more Dice, I remembered that I should have received 40 Dice from my 10th place finish in Blade Colosseum Season 2, and realized that I never received them.

Could you please check my account and help recover the missing rewards?

To clarify, the 60 Heliolite Dice were not sent via in-game mail. They were automatically granted upon login when the season rewards were settled, and a popup notification appeared at that time showing the rewards received.
