I like the idea of having runes that can be equipped by all elements that come from challenges, but the gear rng is in such a poor spot for a season that lasts only a couple of months the rng factor plays way too much of a role in how good your season goes.
We need a major overhaul to the gear system first, but this is a cool idea imo.
