Hello, I would like to suggest to change interaction between rally and buff dispel/prohibition.
Now, if enemy casts buff dispel like Garrika or Dark Lady, then it also dispels all the Rally stacks. I think this is really broken against Rally characters especially since all of the dispel buff characters like Garrika and Dark Lady have extremely low ultimate casting time and the buff prohibition also makes you unable to get any rally.
I think it should work similar to Ice Crystals that you gain it and it can not be affected by these effects, because now all the Rally heroes suffer a lot in PvP due to the buff dispelling/prohibition.
