On the past Saturday December 6th when I logged in my level 100 character was reset to the beginning. As of right now, I’ve lost over 14,000. Wynmarrow along with all my legendary characters in the gear, crystals, dice, etc. that I had accumulated when I reached out to customer service they advised about the server being lost last year. This account was created a couple of months ago. With the new Dragon stride app, I would like to have my character back to where it was with all of my items since I’ve invested money in this game.

Dear Traveler,
After verification, your server entered Season 1 on October 24. Your character 1769506154021170176 was created on November 6, and you only started logging in regularly in the past few days.
When entering the new version, your artifacts and hero levels will be reset, while other key resources—such as Wyrmarrow, heroes, artifacts, etc.—need to be claimed manually via Event Page >> Legacy Character Inheritance, following the season sequence.
If the resources have not been transferred, please go to the Event Page to complete the inheritance.
I apologize but I am confused. I have tried to do this but do not see my previous legacy character to inherit. Please advise. Thank you 🙏
This is the only character I see. I created another one trying to follow instructions on a video regardless my account with all my stuff is not on this so please tell me how to recover the account because it is what I just started. You were right with the dates and I have accumulated over 14,000 wind marrow almost 80 orange Hilo dice and have used over 300 for the character pick event. That has all been done since I created this new account so please tell me that it has not simply disappeared.
