Speedrun ranking

Good morning,

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an issue with the ranking system in the dungeon speedrun mode.

As it is known, the team that completes the dungeon the fastest should receive the corresponding position on the leaderboard. I completed my runs in a shorter time and I have screenshots showing the exact times. However, the game incorrectly registered my result with an extra second and placed me in a different ranking position than I should have received.

Below are the screenshots of my times for both dungeons:

1. Xenos Lv. 20 – Speedrun Lv. 79
2. Field of Putrefaction Lv. 20 – Speedrun Lv. 79

In both dungeons, I should be ranked first in the Ice/Poison elemental rankings, as well as in the overall ranking across all elements, based on the recorded times.

I hope this issue can be corrected, as I lost rewards from the ranking positions in addition to not receiving the placement I rightfully achieved.

The game actually always rounds down to a lower number on the results screen but to the higher number in ranking. I agree it’s a bug

I don't think it is a bug rather than wrong timing display. If you look the time during the battle you will see 3:49 (11 sec), but the results screen always shows 1 sec less. It happens to all. You can check it also in Ansestral ruins and everywhere in the game. This was changed after an update that they did in previous season.

Yeah sorry, I meant that there isn't an issue on the rankings. It's a visual bug. But for sure they need to fix it as it is confusing.

After verification by the relevant team, this situation is due to the rounding rules. Players on the leaderboard are displayed according to the current rounding method, and the actual rankings are not affected.
We will continue to monitor this and consider optimizing the display in future updates to prevent any potential misunderstanding for players.
