I have not received the Dice and Essence of Creation for the above, despite having completed all levels on the Ruins I - V and I even re-ran V just now and they still haven’t come through?

Can you confirm why this is please, as I’m not sure if there is a problem somewhere.

My guess would be it counts only 5 stages from each player, so unless your teammates do remaining 4 you are out of luck

Yeah same issue. Though, I believe that it takes sometime to update. An official statement would be more than welcome.

Regarding Ancestral Ruins Boss Kills, the task will only count boss kills after the mission has been activated.
Please try quickly clearing a stage you have already completed to see whether the task progress updates.

Thanks, I have re-fought stage V and hopefully this completes it correctly.

In addition I topped up yesterday and these aren’t yet showing on the meter, will this be credited on the money bank and Wyrm forwarded before the time runs down, as currently they are still not shown in Phase IV-1.

Top-up data may take some time to sync, but you will see it in your Piggy Bank progress within 2 days.

If there are no updates after two days, please attach a screenshot of the problem and leave another message, and I will look into it for you.
