Which tickets are not refreshing?
If you are talking about the Fallen Shadow Spire the tickets here don't fully refresh each day! They generate 1 per day

I think he means rhe alliance support Tickets

Should be full at 40 at each daily reset

Ah okay.
Then you'd have to keep an eye out if alliance members have eggs the system supports them automatically.
Maybe looking at the solvent and then going into island and controlling if the amount changes would help figure out if alliance help isn't automatically assigned

Hi @cursive kernel and @blissful plume , I just checked my in game familiar essence balance and it has increased by 400, meaning the game has auto assist built in and credited the relevant balance to my acct. thanks so much for ur help
