на новому ноутбуці встановив Стім і гру, вона не запускається і є тільки чорний екран з курсором, встановив з сайту лаунчер і також встановив гру, всерівно чорний екран.
Видаляв і Стім і встановлені ігри, все рівно чорний екран постійно з курсором
Black Screen Due to Launcher
Hello!
I installed Steam and a game on my new laptop, but it won't launch and I only see a black screen with a cursor. I also installed the launcher and the game from the website, but still, a black screen.
I deleted both Steam and the installed games, but the black screen with the cursor persists. I am asking for help!
There is no LOG file in the folder.
