You mean the long number in the profile?
Go on cross then on your profile top left corner. Then there is an easy copy you ID button next to the long number
Please click the [+] icon in the upper right corner of the game screen, then click [Avatar] to view the character ID at the bottom of the character information page.

Yes, but I had 20 Season Tickets, if the rate is one Legendary every 5 summons I should have 4 if I'm right. No problem when I spent the first 10 but in the second try the connection failed and I don't see any change in the hero roster
