While attempting to claim the 1500 dragon crystals coupon, I run into an error screen. First it sends me to this screen:

So I input the code

and then this happens

Under the player ID section it says "No Player ID is currently bound to your midasbuy"

Clicking on the button there brings me to this:

So I created a level infinite pass account and attempted to link it to my midas buy account.

it's now linked, right?

The same error appears when attempting to use the coupon after it was linked to LI pass.

Apparently others have said they had to buy 3500 dragon crystals in order to use this coupon. That ALSO did not work and gave the same error about needing to link my LI pass.

would be happier converting it into 100 wyrmarrow or something else that's actually usable.

They do work, although they are a bit clunky to use, and yes, to receive the voucher reward you do have to make a purchase of Dragon Crystals to the value noted.

I had my Midas account set up already so that part was easy, all I had to do was select my character ID and the rest followed

Dear Traveler,

There are currently two login pages on Midasbuy.
For example, the nickname/ID displayed in the upper-left corner allows you to enter or select your character ID to purchase packs, but discount coupons cannot be used there.
The login page in the upper-right corner requires a successful account binding before coupons can be applied.
If your account is not yet bound, please follow the on-page instructions to complete the binding process, then try using the coupon again.
