Team Up challenge "top up" not updating

I spent upwards of 600€ through Steam & Midasbuy during the event. Event page says it should updated within 48h but it's been well over that and it still hasn't updated.

Ditto, I haven’t spent that much but I have certainly spent more than is showing on the team, even though the page says “allow 2 days to update” but bearing in mind I bought some items in the team build phase (we were retrospectively told these would be included) and on day one of the team event properly opening, as well as more today 20/11/25 these are not all shown

Been a team of 3 since the start of the event, spent before the event started (Nov 18th, spent on the 15/16th) but then we got the announcement that it would still count, as long as we were in a group of 3.

I don't know if purchases from third-party stores such as BuffBuff count, but I also made purchases from the in-game store and still no progress, it's been over a week now.
