@dreamy cloud when the event started like 1+ week ago and I told you, you told me that it was anomaly and shouldn't be online. All these days, you couldn't resolve the issue. I bet you didn't even bother to check. Now there is no event. But bcoz more ppl noticed it, you will take action. 👏👏

Dear Traveler,

The Treasured Memories event will be available during the last 7 days of each season. Players who spent Stamina yesterday may have received a compensation mail containing Memory Shards. If you haven’t received it, don’t worry — the event lasts 7 days. Spending 300 Stamina per day will grant 5 Memory Shards, allowing you to participate in the lottery up to 7 times. Any excess Memory Shards cannot be used for the lottery and will not carry over to the next season.

You can continue completing daily tasks to earn Memory Shards and participate in the lottery.

S2-RE50 does not have this event showing either, but has been giving 5 currency per day via mail, despite the server being on day 66 of the season and having only 5 days left to go.

Our new season starts the 9th according to the email given, so it seems bugged.

It has been confirmed that servers scheduled to enter the new season between December 9 and December 12 were unable to properly activate the Treasured Memories event. The development team has identified the issue and will fix it in the update scheduled for next Monday.

During this period, we will send compensation event-draw items via in-game mail to all affected players. Please keep an eye on your mailbox, claim the items in time, and participate in the event draws after the fix is implemented.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused, and we greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.
