#Able to store item from set unavailable in S3
1 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
That is indeed not a bug, that is intended.
We can carry 4 pieces of "unavailable gear" over to the next season
And they still keep their original benefits etc?
Sets (items) that are saved are supposed to stay as they are. (Well, loosing temper and elementar asscenion)
I knew it would lose the tempering and ascension, but wasn’t sure if their original characteristics would still operate as per the previous season
Great thanks for the clarification
@oblique lichen I know what you’ve said above, but I received this today, which appears contrary to what you’ve said above?
Yeah, same for me and already asked... might be a wording issue or a missunderstanding i hope... otherwise i need to reconsider all my choosen pieces 🤣
Do we have any update on this at all please mate?
Not yet
Answer is: yes. Same as it was between s1 and s2 already too.
(And i actually did that myself and forgot🫣)
Does it make sense? If I transfer 1 brotherhood set, I would take advantage of it while no one would have access to the set? Shouldn't all have the same access to gear in each season for more balance? And why is not explicitly stated in-game? That's enough with the uncleared aspects of the game. I give up...
It is clear, kind of. You cant store items that cant be taken forward and un the current announcement they explizitly told to consider storing unavailable gear
And yes, i wasnt 100% sure myself and reconfirmed with the devs, but it was more a language thing 🫣
If it is clear, cannot be "kind of" and vice versa. Furthermore, I read it exactly the opposite way. "Deposit equipment that requires cross-boundary storage", in my head means "be sure to select gear that is available in s3". Probably, they need a native English speaker or they should elaborate more.
That is what i read first ad well and had been told the other way around BEFORE the announcement dropped, thats why i was uncertain and reaffirmed with them.
Thx for the confirmation. But as i said before, this practice doesn't make sense to me. Anyway, have a good one.
I agree, they need to employ native speakers of English etc to make sure that what they think they are saying, IS what they are saying, and not something that can be misconstrued.
(As is usually the case on stats explanations and info)
