I have this morning topped up with Weekly and Monthly Summons packs and was expecting Pact Emblems to be credited to my account, but these have not arrived despite the top ups being received.
Can you check what’s going on please, because the info on the Pact Emblems state these are earned in store and via Walkers Trails.

Dear Traveler,
This item can currently only be obtained through purchasing the Battle Pass, Walker’s Trails, and monthly card products.
For example, items such as Echoes of Magic Crystal Battle Pass, Wyrmarrow Mining Warrant, Daily Supply from Three Ears, and Walker’s Trails will grant the corresponding rewards.
The items will have a label indicating the included bonus rewards.

When will the rewards be opened up with new tiers please?
As currently they are maxed out, and I am not seeing much in the way of rewards for that either, despite being loyal to the game 🤔
