Prophecy code bugged

I just imported my code today, I used it confirm I saw my list of heroes i did 40 pulls without having the good legendaries or epics I dont know why i imported it on a new account the same as the account that did the prophecy code. Its weird and I get scam of 40 pulls…. Can I have help pls ?

I expect a refund for this, I dont understand why it happens.. its unbelievable, i legit have a video of me doing all the process with the time she I summon

The order of heroes is set by how you selected them in the prophecy

Maybe sent the video so we can see and help..

I click on confirm but the list does not stay like it was not confirmed. And you can see at the beginning of the video that I summoned 40 pulls and got a talwer but I dont have talwer in my prophecy…etc

I summoned after the first time I enter the code because i thought that the prophecy was confirmed so I summoned without thinking…

The account is new and the prophecy code too. Its the same if I use another prophecy code that I made quickly to change to see if its the prophecy code that is buggy but no. I click on confirm and there is still no list..

Okay but Im forced to wait summoning on the prophecy code due to this problem so its not very practical for me as I wanted to obtain these heroes to have an advantage on my server.. but I wait. Hope its gonna be resolve fast. I really try everything

Its ok yes. I just to use the code and summon idk why its bugged. I tried on phone, and iPad etc and tried with different prophecy code its look like its bugged on the account

Account is new with new mail and i use this mail for the prophecy code and the account on dragonheir

I just have a question concerning the 40 pulls that I did thinking i had the prophecy code used ? Is it possible to have it back or definetly not ? As its not my fault technically.
Because i summoned in the wind just to obtain nothing. Wanted to know if that was possible, in my first video I show the pulls 😥

First Time i use the prophecy code thinking it was working i use approximately 35-40 dices i’d say, and I obtain Talwer. This video shows it
