Puppetiet set is not working. Losenia has 10 sec ult to be casted and the other ice heroes 12 sec. When she ulted nothing happened and the other heroes ulted after 2 sec. No lucien on the opposite team. Proof is coming.

Ok, thx. Also, regarding my 2nd comment, after seeing the video 100 times, the animation of casting skill (zoom in) is mirroring to the opposite side. That means that my elecebre casts the skill, but it looks like from the animation that opponent's elecebre casts her skill. Note that too please.

As I said in my last comment the animation is tricky and mirrored to opponent's side. It is considered a visual bug. So i see a kind of issue here.

I am not sure what you are talking about. If I look at the video, your Elecebre ults like 1s before enemy heores. You can also compare your and enemy Hvitar’s ultimate bar at 8 seconds in your video. Your Hvitar is at least 1 second ahead, which is bonus from the set. Even at the end of your video, enemy heroes still haven’t ulted as their ultimate bar is close to full. And even if enemy Elecebre ulted, you would see some debuff on your heroes and there are none.
