Please find the log files ending with ""log"". If you have not enabled the display of file extensions, you may not see the file names ending with ""log"". Example file names include: dragon_log_date_19.log. Please pack all the log files and send them to us.
Additionally, we recommend locating the game’s installation directory, deleting the PersistentPath folder, and then trying to reinstall the game to see if the issue is resolved.
