I can get a screenshot if really needed, would rather not fill in the questionnaire for a fifth time. I filled in every question on every page except one where I clicked on ‘skip’. At the end, I click submit and get ‘questionnaire has been modified, please refresh page'.
Questionnaire is the one we received 10-27 in the blank email.

I was about to post the same, and it’s a pain when you spend time completing it, to then have this happen, and not for the first time either, it does tend to put you off completing them in future, in case the same happens! 🤔
