Monelisses Teardrop Buff not working

This has been happening quite a lot lately, and I was never sure if it’s a bug or not. Sometimes my Perkunte just gets one-shot, even though he has the Monelisse’s Teardrop set, which should provide him with the immortality buff for 3 seconds.
No one on the enemy team is removing buffs, so I have no idea what’s happening.
You can actually see the buff being activated in the video for just one second before Perkunte dies, which makes no sense at all.

But how does she ignore invincibility?

wait i just realized that invincibility and immortality are two buffs lol...
so she ignores immortality but not invincibility?

Nope, she does not ignore it. She just wait till it expires and then executed him. It feels it was a second but the battle speed was x3 so in reality it was 3 seconds.

oh yea, a clanmate said that as well! Could be the reason, but in the top left you can see that the buff activates at 2:58 and at 2:57 Perkunte already dies, so if it expired then it expired too early id say. or am i missing something?

Please note that Hvitar’s execution effect ignores the Immortality status, meaning enemies affected by Immortality can still be defeated by this skill. This is an intended game mechanic.

Nah, don't watch on timers when running at any speed other then x1. It surely was 3 seconds till the buff expired. Hint: if you want to counter this combo put Berserker mask on healer.

The exact Same Happens with Nastjenka, she one shots my premtsa even though she has Teardrop Set. Any idea? And do you need a video?
