Just give the normal rewards and remove the team requirement... no one joins or its takes way too long to find some one...l like days of spamming and hoping lol...

Alliance chat would be great if it wasn’t for the spamming of the Rift requests, I use it a lot to pass important info, especially to those not on our Discord, and a lot of the time the info is lost due to those requests

Not at all, I don’t know about your alliance, but I add all members of ours, and send Rift invites to those online in my friends list

If it's not at the price of the alliance chat, i say why not. But for now it's just à pain to communicate sadly.
