If you connect from Spain, this could be due to a well known problem among the spanish community. During the times when football matches from LaLiga are broadcasted, the biggest internet provider in Spain issues blockages of CloudFlare IPs typically used by illegal streaming services. The servers of this game seem to be behind the same range of CloudFlare IP addresses that are blocked, therefore you can´t connect. Although I´m not sure DragonHeir can do anything about it since this is more a CloudFlare vs LaLiga issue, it would be good to make them aware of this issue since it affects their business.
