I didnt receive any rewards for the Period 1 knockout phase. As the rewards are limited for 7 days I assumed they would be distributed weekly. The rewards for guildmate in the top 3 have been sent by mail, but no individual rewards except the guess medals.

the guess ranking rewards have a 30 day timer so I would assume that they are not distributed weekly.

You are right, I guess. I saw now the 30-day cosmetic banner. Also, the icon you click to see the 3 rankings, it says "seasonal rankings". So, they might be all seasonal then, knockout including. But for sure an official statement would be welcomed.
