Dear Traveler,
It is possible for Epic Equipment to drop, and as shown in your screenshot, a Legendary Equipment also dropped — everything is functioning as intended.
The "0–1" indicator displayed on Legendary Equipment means that the item may not drop, or there is a chance to obtain one piece.

That's not what it shows in the description of the stage. Stage 15 shows possible Legendary and Mythic drops. Stage 14 is the last stage that shows possible Epic drops. See attached screenshots.

Thank you for your reply. After clearing high-difficulty stages, Epic Equipment can also drop — it’s not limited to Legendary Equipment only.
