Cannot Enter Creator Code

In game and via web I cannot enter a code. Have been trying for the past week.

I supported a creator last season, have been unable to enter a code this season

Button says claimed so you are already bound to a creator it seems.

Guess @boreal harbor will need the Email you link with, but she will ask if so. Have a little patience please.
