Constant problems with loading the game. It gets stuck at 8% and doesn't load any further. I'm playing through the launcher. Restarting the game or the device (PC) doesn't help. The internet connection is good and stable. The only thing that helps is resetting all data (the bottom button in the top right corner), but even that only works the next day. Previously, this issue happened about once a week. Now it's the second day in a row. Yesterday, I couldn't enter the game at all - I only managed to log in this morning, but now, in the evening of the same day, I can't get into the game again! UPD: the launcher reinstallation didn't help. The same situation with the frozen loading occurs in the mobile app. How can I play this game?
