#Error on weekly contributions

Hi,

We are seeing some very anomalous numbers on the Alliance Weekly Contributions, for instance my understanding is that these are reset on the Friday Morning Reset, if this is correct, then there should, as long as a member completes all of the Commissions and Donates all Wyrm and Gold, each day, mean that they obtain 4800 contributions each day.

Therefore bearing in mind for myself alone, this should mean:

Friday - 4800
Saturday - 4800
Sunday - 4800
Monday - in progress at this time

The above completed 3 x days = 14,400

However in the screenshot you can see that not only my own (4800) but a good number of others in our Alliance including @long raft and @bold void (2 members I know complete all commissions each day) have only 3300 and 4800 respectively

Please investigate and correct all scores urgently, as this will adversely affect our own metrics when looking at “underperforming” members, as well as the Alliance Rankings too.

I have gone back into the Weekly Contributions, and they remain the same as I showed in the Video too

Dear Traveler,

Regarding the Alliance weekly contribution you mentioned, please note that the refresh time is every Monday. If you haven’t logged into the game after the refresh, the weekly contribution may not update.

In addition, if you complete all commission quests and donate Gold (without donating Wyrmarrow), weekly contribution should be 3300.

@autumn mist thanks for this, as @long raft and others in my Alliance are equally bemused by this process which doesn’t appear to be written down anywhere on the Alliance Info screens in-game

Perhaps this also can be improved for the future, so that all alliances regardless of experience in the game, can be kept up to date with it please.

Regarding your feedback on contribution points, there is currently no detailed comparison available. You may keep track of it daily, for example, by checking how many points you gain when making donations.
We will record your idea as a suggestion and forward it to the relevant team. They will consider all travelers’ feedback to make optimizations and adjustments to the game.

Thanks again for your reply, however I am confused, as the game is calculating those points from somewhere and therefore there must be a table within the game that the calculations are made from, therefore it’s reasonable to assume that the Devs do have the information to provide.

Could I ask you to escalate this to them please, to clarify the following:

  1. Alliance Points per Commission completed
  2. Alliance Points per Full Donation made
  3. Any Alliance points gained from additional sources such as Vortex, Arena rankings etc

Thanks again, but this means there is clarity for the process which ensures we all work to maximise them where possible

And on top, there is a holiday in China happening right now till the 8th, so slow Mode by developers and other officials.

Regarding your questions about Alliance Points:

1.Completing a commission grants 300 Alliance Points each time.
2.Donations grant Alliance Points as follows:
·Gold donation: 100 / 200 / 300 / 400 / 500 (donate 5 times, which is 1500 contribution)
·Wyrmarrow donation: 100 / 200 / 300 / 400 / 500
3.Currently, there is no other way to earn Alliance Points (e.g., via Vortex, Arena ranking, etc.).
