Hello, tried to purchase dice from Elminster shop but experienced a bug. This is disappointing as I spent summons to get more currency but did not manage to get the dice. Do help look into this thanks.

On some servers, the Token Shop is currently closed. Regarding the issue where Dice cannot be exchanged, a fix is scheduled to be implemented today. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I also know how I can check if there is double drop rate in game? Sometimes when running venom/curse/rot more equipment drops than normal
