Hello, I have been ignored by customer service for multiple months. In-game CS has closed at least 10 tickets in a row without response. Email CS has yet to reply even once. Please don’t suggest that I continue to be patient. It’s getting to the point where it feels purposeful. Original query is regarding my 4800 appraisal and how the system auto changed it to 2000 and auto confirmed this number. I have screenshots for proof. Thank you.

But whole point is that I didn’t confirm those results. There must have been a glitch. Why would I confirm 2000 when I clearly was appraised at 4800? That’s not logical. It auto changed from 4800 to 2000 and then auto confirmed. All without me confirming anything. Do you acknowledge that my initial appraisal was 4800? Thank you for your continued support.
Whilst I sympathise you are going to have to prove it, screen shots/videos of your actions, and seeing as this is unlikely, you are on the back foot and are unlikely to go forward 😔
Greetings! Are you a mod? Is this an official DH response? I provided proof of original 4800 appraisal. Nobody from DH has denied this appraisal. Seems like it’s on DH to explain the sudden appraisal change and auto-confirm. It doesn’t seem logical to assume I knowingly “confirmed” the wrong appraisal.

After our verification, the account you ultimately selected and confirmed for valuation is indeed the NA account.
During the event, we have continuously monitored and collected player feedback, and so far we have not found any abnormal cases where the valuation result was confirmed automatically without player operation.
In addition, in the new version we have also launched more events. You can obtain rewards such as Wyrmarrow and Heliolite Dice through Season Journey, dungeon challenges, and other gameplay. We encourage you to actively participate to gain more resources.

I understand you can’t rule out user error since you don’t see any anomalies in the confirmation process. However, how do you explain the change in appraisal from 4800 to 2000? Surely that wasn’t also my fault?
Although you may have innocent intentions, I find it somewhat patronizing that you’re suggesting I play the game more if I want more rewards… when I already did that before relaunch and is the entire reason behind why my OG appraisal of 4800 is deserved.

For some reason you felt the need to inform me that this event is open to all players and that my account is from the US. Info that I never asked for and has nothing to do with this conversation. Why are you telling me these things? (This is not a rhetorical question). Although if we’re being technical, this account started with a vpn outside USA, so you’re wrong about it being a US based account. I have yet to give feedback on this matter. You have yet to answer any of my questions. If you read my previous postings, you’ll notice some question marks. Those signify questions being asked. Try answering them please.
I got counter-questions for you, why do you use Screenshots that are not yours? OR if they are yours, why do you open up a new posting instead of continuing the inquiry in one of the original Postings? Why hide who your are Bob?
Not that it should matter, but sure I’ll respond. It’s quite simple actually. I have nothing to hide. ShishkaBob is my main account connected to my main email. This is my secondary account connected to a completely separate email. If you remember, I actually tried addressing this issue on my Bob account but ran into issues because the mods here were confused with which account I was having the issue with. I figured using the correct corresponding account would negate those issues. Does this answer your question? How about you answer my previous questions instead of deflecting and trying to put some sort of blame on me. Thanks.
