Cannot use my Epic Hero Chest

Whenever I try to use my 'Epic Hero Option – Fey Meander' chest, this prompt shows up.
It always happens when I choose Nadja, maybe it’s a problem with that hero only? I haven’t tried pulling Gumm or Vex since I only need Nadja lol.
