I’m not understanding the migration process, and something is off. I played Season 1 and was told season 2 was coming. So I took a break, let the game rebrand and relaunch with the new season. But now when I reopen the game, everything is gone. I have maintained the App on the same device and have my account linked to both my Apple ID and my Facebook since week 1 of Season 1.

From my understanding, after spending money on the game, the heroes along with several resources would be available for Season 2. How do I regain access to my account and everything I collected/bought from season 1?

Can you access reborn servers at all?

Cus the way that you migrate your progress is create a new character on those servers

and after character creation it lets you pick your old cahracter.

The "new servers" are for a complete restart

It will start you in season 1 with your heroes available from the old character you selected during the process. Be sure you pick the right one as this can only be done once.

HOWEVER, if you did not spend much money on the old version, you won't lose out on much by starting over

Which is a consideration considering that if you start on the newest reborn server, it will be partway through season 1 currently, meaning you'll be behind others who started it the day it was created. It will be the last reborn server ever made as far as they have told us, so those are the only two choices.\

Oh and in case it's not clear, reborn servers are that little "veteran server" tab

It appears that the time limit ffor reclaiming the heroes from the old version may be up.

I just opened the game and selected the only option available. If you look in my attached photos, you will see that there are no other server options.

I don’t care about being partially through a season. I want all the heroes I bought and collected back, as I don’t want to have to spend all that money again. Plus I think I was suppose to get a lot of additional resources after the first season ended, which was my purpose for coming back.

As there is no account progress in a new season, the account data should be relatively simple to regain. My account instill bound and the App has never been deleted.

Surely my progress is still available somewhere.

I had full built out legendary teams for every faction. I found a few old screen shots of specific teams from during the season, but I don’t think I have one of the full roster.

I guess i would be willing to replay season 1, if the devs can replaces all of the rewards paths, heliolite dice, that I purchased in the last season.

I would prefer to just have my account like I left it. But as long as I can get back the same packages and rewards I purchased, then I suppose I can start from beginning.

Well no, we ALL started from the beginning

I don't know if they're allowing anyone to reclaim heroes anymore, like the rest of us got to.

I submitted a question earlier today. But so far haven’t heard anything back.

I sure hope they’re cool about it and will help. Because I had no indication everything I had was in jeopardy of getting erased.

They did tell everyone before they shut down the game how it was going to work.

It just relied on you reading the email they sent, or reading the game announcement here

People who weren't playing at the time certainly had a rougher time finding out though. I found out myself by going on the app store searching for something to play and finding the new dragonheir client there.

So do the game owners and devs not run this discord since the rebranding? Is there no actual affiliation?

The SGRA rep that normally answers these is currently inundated with a thousand messages about season 2's start where people think their characters are gone forever when the server's under maintenence so it may take a while to get to this message.

In the meantime, you might try just starting a new character and seeing if you enjoy the way the game plays now. Depending on whether you spent a ton of real money on your old account, you may actually have a better setup NOW than you did before.

I know you said you had built out teams of every element, but I wasn't sure if that meant you also had all the exclusives

Okay. Looks like devs got it relinked. It’s not everything. But it better than restarting I suppose.
