My account had a few legendary characters from the original game launch, and we were supposed to inherit them in the Dragonheir Relaunch. My account is missing 2 characters I should inherit, and they are not accounted for in any other compensation indicated on the page. I would like to know if those characters are going to be inherited by my new account as they should be.
The characters I'm missing are Stegamoffyn and Feliciberta.
I tried to attach pictures from my account before the Relaunch to show I did have them, and pictures from the character inheritance screen to show they are not there.
