Control immunity cant resist elecebre ulti

I used felosia ulti control imunity to resist elecebre ulti, but it have no effect at all..
Its an old bugs, i find it from starting this game. .
Please fix it, its not fair..

Elecebre ult has two separate effects. Blind, which is control, and ult reduction which is special effect. As far as I understand this game special effects are not control.

but the shield from lucien is still up 10s (prevent ULT reduction), elecebre used ULT at 9sec still reduce ult energy.....

Yes, lucien prevent ulti still not working, even for tamar ulti..
Its a bugs🧐
