iPad version: Sutha is not applying Witches' Remains Def Down on Endgame Boss

Team is Sutha, Ivellios, Tharivol, Divine Ascetic, Nathaniel. Sutha has 269 Acc + all OW and full Psychicore Acc Buffs. Debuff icon does not appear and debuff is not listed under Enemy Team Status. Screen recording is trimmed to show one instance - can't upload large enough file to show more. Sutha never applied the debuff for the whole 8min battle.

The top row is showing a certain part of the Resurgent Dragon. Since he has 3 different hitpoint possiblities (tail, head and arm) you can apply the debuff to him without it even being shown.
You can test the difference by equipping another artifact instead of the Witches Remains and see that the debuff is applied but sadly not shown in the top row

Does it not show on the status screen either? I did change positioning and test against the other hitpoints and it didn't show on any of them. Can't be that you have to hit all three, because other teams can apply with a 3x3 square hit.

No it doesn't show on the status screen. You can change your lineup facing either head or tail and at one point it shows up but testing confirms the debuff is still applied to all of the resurgent dragon

When heroes' skills, artifact effects, or equipment effects are applied to special units such as claws or tails, the debuff icon will not appear on the Resurgent Dragon’s HP. This behavior is based on the specific design of the Boss and is considered normal, not a game malfunction.
