Team Arena Reset Time

When yesterday 23/9 Team Arena reset, there was a "window" of 10 min after reset where you could attack and gain points for the rankings, despite the fact that the announcement said that it was in settle period time and would open after few hours. In classic Arena, during reset, it doesn't matter if you are in the middle of a match, it will be reset no matter what, and if the match ends some sec after reset, it doesn't count as victory or loss. The same should be in Team Arena as I have noticed. So, what happened? Because those 10 min plus changed the rankings.

Sorry I meant 3/9 (September of 3rd). I issued support ticket, they checked it and told me that everything was fine. Nonetheless, I couldn't reply. My issue is that the team arena reset and everyone continued to attack and gain points for 10 minutes more. Namely, it closed 10 min later despite the fact that the announcement in red was telling that it was closed and you could attack again in few hours. As you can see from the picture, 24 min after closing, I was attacked 22 min before aka 2 minutes after the team arena was closed, and those points were calculated in the final score as they shouldn't.

@quick hearth thank you for your feedback. But I didn't say that my attacks had a problem. The screenshot was my defense history. I was attacked after reset and lost points. So, you have to verify the attack that I experienced 2 minutes after reset. Thank you.

If you enter a battle before 22:00 UTC+0, the result will still be counted normally even if the battle ends after the settlement time. This is the intended design and not an issue.

Wait what? I had a ton of examples in Grand Gladiator arena this season that it does not work that way. If you fail to end fight before reset it does not count for ranking. Are you saying the rules are different for different arena modes?
