Lelwanis’s Passive Missing Description

Dear Devs,

The skill description for Lelwanis’s passive is cut off short. It states:

When the true dragon form gains additional [blank space], the stack limit can be increased to 70.

There’s supposed to be a conditionality after “additional” but it got cut off so we don’t know what the conditions are.
