tried contacting support regarding my ticket stub issuance was told its 10 for every $1 but then was asked for recharge proof when i haven't recharged/ seems theres a bit of a misunderstanding and im not getting anywhere with support as its taking quite a while atm for a response any help appreciated. also the current glimmer card event is not working.

First, we would like to confirm whether you are referring to the “Ticket Stub Issuance” event. Please note that in this event, the Dragon Crystal Ticket Stub can only be obtained through recharges.
Regarding the display issue on the event page, we kindly ask you to try logging in again and repairing the game. If the problem persists, please upload the Game Log and provide your Character ID for further investigation.

Just to confirm: Did you purchase anything with money after the relaunch? Like any packs, monthly passes etc.?
If you didn't purchase anything then the system works as intended as the system only recognises real money purchases through midasbuy or ingame shop.
yeah they were all in game purchases through steam then in game not sure what constitutes as a recharge
