#Team Arena disconnects & 0 pts after victory?

Almost after every battle, the game stuck for 10-20sec in the result screen. Then displays msg "reconnected". Nowhere else these Problems only there.
And half the time i dont get points/rewards for a victory.

  1. Did you encounter the issue when challenging the arena in the Vortex scenario? Does the freezing/reconnection also occur in other scenarios besides the arena?
  2. Is the issue triggered only on specific device types, such as Android, iOS, or only on mobile devices?
  3. Your region/country.
  4. The type of network you are using (wired/wireless, network provider).
  5. After experiencing freezing/reconnection, please click the "+" icon in the upper right corner, go to Settings, find the axe icon to upload logs. After a successful upload, please provide a screenshot.

there's massive packet loss, also routing to servers in Singapore is not optimal.. in my trace route logs, I found the packets travel to US then to SG then back to US then one last time to game servers in SG. idk if this is intentional or not but it's very poor routing
