When the true dragon form gains additional Dragon Blood, the stack limit can be increased to 70. Please note that Sintrellia is not included in your current lineup.

The skill description does not state that you can't get more then 50 stacks via dying enemies. It only says that limit is increased to 70 in dragon form. Nothing more.
