Two related challenges: 1. I am unable to continue the storyline quest because the area is inaccessible without quick travel portals active. Background: The game took me to the area in question initially but it was late in the day so I stopped but (either before logging off or upon logging on the following day) proceeded to do Vortex or other activities that moved my character and have been unable to return since. 2. I submitted a ticket to customer service in game about this but the response is ambiguous - the issue is unresolved and is (apparently) being reviewed by a technical team, but the response asks that I provide an e-mail address if I want further updates and includes a survey which implies that no further information will be provided via the ticket.
