Red Dot Issue. Can not to be disable

I have red dot active in event section. have follow this dot to CC link page, there is nothing I can do anymore at this page. Restarting of the game din not help.

I just had the same problem after I actually went into the creator event thing, it is now gone (content creator event) but that dot is still there

2.How to get a log: Steam\steamapps\common\Dragonheir Silent Gods\logs
