Ancestral ruins endless mode gallery rewards bugged

I did a full clear in the endless mode, but the gallery is missing a lot of milestones I achieved. For example Divine Grace is only at 3/30 with three builds at 12/12, the rest at 0/12 although I reached 4/12 or 8/12 in almost every buid. Healing is shown as 0/12 although this was the first I maxed to 12/12 and used it for almost the complete run. The rewards for the single builds are also bugged. As you can see in the screenshot it shows 12/12 in empowerment build, but I can only collect the reward for 4/12, not for 8 and 12.
The rewards for environmental affixes are missing completly. Monster affixes are at 24/31 also I'm quite sure I faced the missing ones too.
The Blessing Gallery also misses almost all blessings I collected and enhanced (18/132). Please take a look at this issues. Thank you!

I forgot to mention the collectible gallery. There are even less achievements unlocked. For example Lvl 3 Healing divine grace was activated from when I achieved it and I am pretty sure that I got and spent more than 10.000 Realm Coins in a full clear. In the supreme challenge there are many more missing, the most obvious the one for clearing Stage 36 in endless mode.

I beat the whole endless challenge from stage 1 to stage 36 including the last boss. You can see that in the ranking screenshot. What did I miss?

I did another full clear after the reset. Seems to work now, got all the achievements that didnt work in the first run.
