Member Requests Error on Reborn 1

We have noticed a problem on our CrimsonOath1 Alliance page after coming out of the Sparkle Tournament section

Before entering into the Sparkle Tournament there are zero waiting member requests, however when coming out of the Tournament there are alerts for 18 member requests

When you go into the request page, there are zero requests waiting

Is there any way to speed up the log file upload process? It took ages and I am in a 1gb full fibre line! 😳🤓

As an addendum, my Vice in the alliance also had the same issues too

Thanks Flora, however as I mentioned I have a 1gb full fibre connection for both up and download speeds, so I am sure it wasn’t the network at my end 🤓

Also in the 2nd video you can see the Member Requests button had a red dot, but once again, nobody there to accept

After weeks of no problems, it seems that the mystery member request problem is back again, although not for 18 new member requests as it was, but just the 1!

Could you ask the Devs to look into this again please, as it’s seeming to be connected to the Sparkle Tournament event.

We recommend that you can try to force-quit the game and restart it after switching to a smoother network to see if the issue can be resolved.

I play on my laptop 99% of the time, and haven’t been having many/any network issues at all?

How do I “force close” on a laptop, other than the usual logging out process?

You can try force closing the game by ending the process from your Task Manager.
Please press Ctrl + Shift + Esc, find the game in the Processes tab, and select End Task.
After that, please restart the game and check if the issue is resolved.

Hi Flora,

I have followed the suggestion and then restarted the game from Windows, then gone into the Alliance main screen, then the Sparkle Tournament Screen, and when returning to the Alliance main screen the member application shows 1 there, but none visible.

This is exactly as it was before sadly.

Could you let me know how to proceed please?
