#Forged bug

Same:
We all have the same issue. Is there any official statement? Is it bug or just wrong visual stats? Should we forge it or wait?
Same while smelting, my gloves rolled 51 and 5x smelting rolled under 51
Same and I fear I wasted my reforges and the stats kept getting lower
Same
same
same here
same
Same forge bug, only minimal , rng is unfair
Dear Traveler, thank you for your patience. I'll forward your case to our dev team and they will do their best to work on your case. I'll get back to you as soon as the result comes back.
Dear Traveler,
Thank you for your patience. Upon confirmation, the initial value of an unenhanced attribute may fall outside the preview range shown on the enhancement preview page. For example, if you choose to enhance a sub-attribute four times, the initial value of the other attribute entries may fall outside the preview range.
We hope this explanation helps resolve any concerns. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us at any time.
😭
Than this shluld be disclaimed INGAME cause if the preview shows MINIMUM numbers, it shouldnt be outside those and if so, at least give us a headsup!
The description of the event does not contain what you are talking about. Moreover, there is a preview image that says exactly the opposite.
Could you tell us also about smetling? Why it goes always under the minimum threshold? For example, if you smelt proficiency, which it is said to be 50-70, and you got 51, then when you smelt it, it goes below 50.
the range of profficiency / enlightment x4 on preview is 50-75. Whe everyone is geting around 51 or 52? Also why on smelting it never goes higher. If it is random and not buged it should sometimes go to 75
I received 51 💩
any news Flora please? the event will be end tomorrow
Dear Traveler,

After forging is completed, you can continue to smelt. When the smelting result is lower than the previous result, the value will not change; it will only update if the new value is higher than the pre-smelting value.
Therefore, the situation described —where the value decreases after smelting—will not occur.
We hope this explanation helps resolve any concerns. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us at any time.

The question is about smelting values, do they roll inside the range of that value or the go from 0 to 100%
Dear Traveler,
Upon confirmation, The value is randomly assigned within the allowable range. If the assigned value is equal to or less than the existing value, the result will remain unchanged.
We hope this explanation helps resolve any concerns. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us at any time.
Hi Flora,
We think you don't answer to the real problem, the problem is related to the sub attribute value, everyone have the same problem, when we have a sub attribute ( enhance four time ), the value is not random, it's always the minimum
Exemple :
Proficiency : We expect a roll between 50 and 75, every people who forge this sub attribute have the same problem : the value is always 51, and when they want to smelt this value, this value become 50 or 51, never 52 or more, it's not random like expected.
It's same for other value, exemple for the ATK%, i can't have more than 25.4%
So the problem is : why we have always the lowest value because we lost the Goldmeltium for nothing, or maybe we have only 1% to up this stat but we don't find anything in the rules
that is the problem, it's not
only for the attribute with the 4 enhance, the other value seem working correctly
So for 4x Proficiency is 50-75, my issue might be bad RNG but as everyone here I rolled a 51 and after 10 smelting it mantainted 51 so 10 times 50 or 51 when the range is 50-75 is strange. Also when you smelt you see a red bar and it shows where the roll dropped and many times is well below where 51 is.
Dear Traveler,
We understand your concerns and appreciate your feedback. Please be assured that our game uses fair and transparent random algorithms (Random Number Generators - RNG) for forging item stats, and we do not secretly modify these probabilities.
Due to the nature of randomness, results may sometimes seem unfavorable, but this is not due to any bias or manipulation. We are committed to providing a fair experience for all players.
Thank you for your continued support. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. Good luck, and may fortune be with you!
everyone is unlucky 🙁
https://youtu.be/DH9bcpmdrB8?t=427 3 crafts in row give 51, also tens of players got same result. with fair RNG such results near to impossible. so or you lie about "fair RNG" or your programmers made mistake in code.
the smelt seem be fixed!
There is a bug and either you cannot find it or it’s intentional
After x4 the result is always minimal
Unless the probability of minimal value is 99,9% and only 0,1%for higher result
The issue isnt bad rng, its negative rng on the INITIAL forge.
The initial forge Shows a benchmark of MINIMUM and MAXIMUM numbers that will be on the item we CREATE.
But in many cases the shown minimum is not reached, and thats what we complain about.
On top of that is the ENHANCEMENT CRAFTING ISSUE where too man rolls fail even on the bare minimum numbers
Hi Traveler,
We understand your concern about the preview values. Please note that the initial (un-enhanced) values of an item may not always fall within the displayed preview range.
We are aware of this and will optimize the display in a future update.
Please be assured that our game uses fair and transparent random algorithms (Random Number Generators - RNG) for forging item stats, and we do not secretly modify these probabilities.
However, the nature of random probabilities means that sometimes luck may not be on your side. This does not imply any bias or deliberate limitation of opportunities for you.
In fact, we have been continuously working to improve the game's balance and player experience, to ensure that everyone has a better chance of forging item stats.
If you have any other questions or suggestions, we are more than willing to listen and assist you. We hope you continue to enjoy the game and grow with us. Good luck and may fortune smile upon you!

This is video of one of your CC doing forge. He re-rolls it three times - and each time gets exactly 51 proficiency - same as everyone. Sorry but if you claim your rng as " fair and transparent random algorithms" I claim BS. Unless your fair algorithm is programed to roll 51 every time.

I know it’s a small sample but we haven’t heard of anyone having anything else than 51 additionally the issue with smelting seems to point to the same problem, smelting gives constantly values under 51, given that the range is 50-75 rolling 10 times 50 or 51 it seems far fetched that. The RNG is rolling between 50 to 75.
did 4 crafts - each time 51 enlt. your "fair RNG" is lie.
@harsh locust I believe the forge system is bugged. In the attached screenshot, you can see the preview stats of the item I was trying to forge. The attached video shows what happened when I forged it and then attempted to improve its stats to the maximum value.
Issue Details
The item forged with stats below the preview threshold.
Stat improvement attempts caused the values to decrease instead of increase, making the item worse.
Each time I reset and reforged the item, the generated stat values were lower than the previous forge.
After attempting improvements on these already reduced stats, the values dropped even further.
Sequence of Events
First Forge – Improved the secondary stats to 22.4%. Reset the item, thinking the results were RNG.
Second Forge – Did not immediately improve secondary stats (saved goldmeltium until the last day of the event). Later improved stats to 18%, then reset for the final time.
Third Forge (Recorded in Video) – Forged with stats below the preview threshold. Improvements lowered the stats further.
Unfortunately, I am now out of resets, so I cannot perform additional tests. I wish I had recorded every attempt, but the behavior has been consistent.
