Hello everyone! Very important! The essence of the problem: there is such a pack, on the screenshot above; I noticed that in battle the horn applies his buff only to Ivellios and Nathaniel... I tried different arrangements, but only one; then I went to conduct a test on a dummy - everything WORKS perfectly. After that, I tried more runs on Malinus, UI, as soon as I removed Ivellios, the horn started working. Can you check? Is this a bug or is it Ivellios? Thank you!

It is a well known bug. It happens only during the week with "when ally gets a buff he gets HoT stack" rule.

Ivellios also gets a buff and stack hot, but the horn works on him! So this is definitely a bug and not a game mechanic?
And if this is a known bug, how long have they known about it? It's just for my understanding...

Yes, it is how it works. Some character will get the buff, some don't. If you change the timings, some other characters might get buff.
