Lost Character After Email Unlink

Hi,

I inadvertently unlinked my Gmail account while managing my login settings. After this happened, the game automatically logged me out. When I logged back in using the same Gmail account, my existing character was gone.

I was playing on Veteran Reborn Server 13, and all of my progress, heroes, and purchases were tied to that character. However, my character no longer appears under the “Existing Character” or “Veteran Server” tabs.

Could you please assist in recovering my original character on Reborn Server 13?

• Approximate date/time of issue: August 7th, 2025/ 1200pm Eastern
• Device: iOS/iPhone 16 Pro

Brace yourself for a minimum of 1 week waiting time for responses.
Also you gonna need to make another account and send that ID to them and the first and last 3 purchases of the account. Plus the registration and playing region.
So when Flora answer this thread you should have those ready to send, then the minimum of 1 week starts.

Yup. I’m waiting for the solution too. It was 2 days for a reply which you gonna get from Flora. Then this is the 4th day without anything 🤣
Meanwhile missing out on 3 ingame events. But I don’t really care about the events, I just want the solution and my account back so I can play. But God knows when it’s going to happen because support is khm kinda slow :/
